Is there a Refund or Exchange Policy?
There are no Refunds on products that you purchase to wear from our site, but you are free to return your item(s) within 14 days of the initial purchase and have that item(s) replaced with another item of equal value with a RMA number. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of returned products. Customers are encouraged to ship their package using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How long does it take before your order ships?
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after product fulfillment and then shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How are orders shipped?
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured. Domestic orders shipped via USPS have a delivery time of 2-3 business days. We do not provide tracking or shipping information to customers accept in the case where orders may not have arrived in a timely manner. If your order does not arrive within 10 days of being processed, you are urged to contact us via email: info@angryelephant.net
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the number of items per transaction. Items may also be divided into multiple shipments for packaging purposes. Tracking numbers will be provided for all U.S.A. and Canada shipments. No tracking numbers will be provided for Worldwide/International orders.
